Golf Instruction

Chris Dixon, Teaching Professional, has been teaching golf for nine years and joined Kinderlou Forest in the spring of 2006.  Previously, Chris held the position of Assistant Pro at Sea Island Golf Club and Stonebridge Golf & Country Club.

While both positions helped Chris develop his teaching methods, Sea Island Golf Club, where he also worked for the Golf Digest School, allowed Chris to work with many of the nation’s top teachers.  Stonebridge, on the other hand, gave Chris the opportunity to work with students in a private club environment.

Using what he learned, Chris developed a methodology that he believes will help his students reach their full potential.  Through his variety of instruction programs, Chris will focus on aspects of a student’s game that need the most attention.

When asked about his teaching methods, Chris’ answer was, “Very strong fundamentals.  I believe the entire game of golf is made up of many basic fundamentals.  Stressing the fundamentals makes my job easy and my students golf games better.”

Lesson Rates: 

• 1hr.          Adult       $50.00 
• 1hr.          Junior      $30.00
• ½ hr.        Junior      $20.00
• Playing Lesson         $100.00

Game improvement series includes six lessons and a 9 hole playing lesson.   $250.00
